We collect the details you give us when you place an order or contact support: name, email, delivery address and order contents. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed.

Images you add in the design studio are processed in your own browser to build the 3D preview. They are not uploaded to our servers unless you place an order that includes that artwork, in which case we keep it only as long as needed to print and support your order.

To produce and deliver orders, to answer support requests, to prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional product emails. We do not sell personal data.

Your shopping bag is stored in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. We use essential cookies to run the site and, with consent, analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
